Create a listview that can be filtered in flutter

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me with a project using Flutter to create a listview that can be filtered with custom filters. The listview will be populated by text, and I have very specific custom filter requirements. The custom filter should be capable of filtering by categories, tags, state, name, order number and id. The source code will be share through gitlab.
