Create custom action in flutterflow to read Json and create dynamic form

Hi,
I want to recreate the functionality of a current web app we have, but as a flutter flow project with firebase as backend.
The current webapps is created in C# with SQL Server backend.
The app is an inventory app which uses dynamic forms, the form calls an API that responds with json which form elements should be shown to the user. The form changes depending on which template the users select.
This should be created using a Custom Action in Flutterflow.
The goal of the project is to create a custom function in Flutterflow that:
1. Calls the API and retrieves the Json-template.
2. Displays the form elements specified in the json-file.
3. When pressing save, saves the form data to firebase.
4. The Custom action should also support Edit of saved data.
