Create MyGate like apartment security management app(iOS & Android) using flutter(Dart)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a developer to create an apartment security management app for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart. Although I don't have a specific design in mind, I have some ideas on how the app should look and feel. I attached few screenshots. The most important feature I need is visitor management. I also need the app to send security alerts and allow residents to make maintenance requests. I don't need any additional integrations or functionalities such as payment gateway or third-party API integrations. Ideal skills for this project include experience with Flutter, Dart, and mobile app development.
I will provide all needed JSON REST APIs for backend communication.
The source code should be provided with detailed code comments.
Main resident App:

a. Create complaint with Photo attachment image upload - choose a type, Category, subcategory - POST call to REST API
b. View existing list of complaints - filters(dropdown - type, category, subcategory, status) - GET call to REST API - some complaints like elevator down that are marked as "Mandatory action required from the complaint viewers", when a user receives a notification of such complaint, user can either confirm/deny the complaint. User will not be able to use the App without confirming/denying the complaint
c. Share complaint
d. Like & Comment on complaint

3. Visitor management - pre approval - pick a category(Guest, Cab, Delivery, maid, help) - Frequent visitor(start date, end date)
a. When resident receives a push notification from security guard at the gate, resident will either approve or deny entry

1. When a visitor comes at the gate, security guard will send push notification to resident for resident approval
2. Staff entry & Exit - ID card based people like staff, maid who don’t have smart phone
3. Patrolling - scan QR code - View previous scans timeline - record & Save GPS
