Convert HTML Site to Mobile App

I have a responsive, almost-finished HTML website and now need it packaged as polished, store-ready apps for both iOS and Android. Every feature that already works on the site—especially the contact forms and the image galleries—has to feel native and smooth inside the mobile experience.

Two extras are essential:
• Push notifications so I can reach users in real time
• A secure, modern user-authentication flow

You’re free to choose the stack (Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin wrappers, etc.) as long as the final result meets Apple App Store and Google Play requirements and runs reliably on current OS versions.

Deliverables
• Full source code and any project files
• Signed release builds ready for submission to both stores
• Brief setup/documentation guide for future maintenance
