Convert Flutter APK to Native Android App + Google Play Publishing + DUNS Assistance

Job Description:
We are a UAE-based company working with a client from Iraq who has developed a mobile application (APK) in Flutter for doctors to build a professional medical community in Iraq.
The client is now looking to transition this project into a professionally coded native Android application (i.e., converted from Flutter to native Java/Kotlin). Additionally, we need support in the following areas:
Scope of Work:
Convert Flutter App to Native Android (Java/Kotlin)
Analyze existing APK (we can provide the source if needed)
Rebuild the app in native Android using clean, scalable code
Maintain the original functionality and UI/UX
Ensure it meets Google Play standards
Google Play Store Deployment
Upload and publish the final app through our UAE-based Google Developer Account
Handle listing, screenshots, privacy policy integration, etc.
Ensure app passes all reviews and complies with Google Play policies
DUNS Number Support
Assist in obtaining a DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) registration
Guide on proper setup and use (if needed for app store or enterprise account setup)
Deliverables:
Fully functioning native Android app (Java/Kotlin)
Published app on Google Play Store
DUNS number registration completed or guided
Basic post-launch support (bug fixing & minor changes)
Requirements:
Proven experience in native Android development
Experience in converting Flutter apps to native
Familiarity with Google Play Console
Knowledge of the DUNS process or ability to assist in registration
Good communication in English or Arabic (preferred)
