Convert Figma to Flutter UI

I already have a complete Figma file covering every screen, component and interaction for my mobile app; what I need now is a Flutter developer who can reproduce that design faithfully in Dart. The assignment is strictly UI/UX implementation—no backend wiring for this phase—so the focus is on creating pixel-perfect, well-structured widgets, animations and transitions that match the source file exactly.

The finished work must scale cleanly on both Android and iOS devices and follow Flutter best practices for responsiveness, accessibility and code organisation. Please structure your code with reusable components, keep styling in ThemeData where possible and document any custom helpers you create so the next development stage can plug in business logic easily.
