Configure two flutter projects (store app + delivery boy)

I have bought two application
- Flutter Multi Vendor Grocery app: (Android & iOS)

and I want someone who can configure them both on the production server.
NOTE THAT: The configuration will let you setup every things available within the app like:
1. Firebase configuration
2. firebase deep linking
3. Firebase SMS AUTH
4. change app name/package name
5. change app color
6. change app logo everywhere (app icon, within the app logos)
7. configure & installation of the backend whenever needed
8. google AUTH, Facebook AUTH
9. API Link Change to feet backend
10. Changing price format
11. configure admob
12. do any other tasks that makes everything in the app works fine without any issue. this might be lead to contact the support and get help from them. as well as implement everything in their documentation.
13. upload the four apps (2 android + 2 iOS) to google play and iOS store. as well as the freelancer reponsable for doing all revisions requested by both stores.
14. changing the hint of the mobile number to be this +96892123456
again all above installation and configuration are related to two projects, each project containing 2 apps (1 Android + 1 iOS), so the total will be 4 apps (2 android + 2 iOS)
you should agree to cancel the project without payment if you fail to configure anything within two projects. therefore, experts in flutter are required to apply only.
Note that, both apps (Grocery app + Delivery boy app) should be connected to the same backend.
The milestones will be like this:
Milestone 1 (two days): 60%
install and configure the backend. configure both android apps successfully. running perfectly with the backend.
Milestone 2 (two days): 30%
finish configuring both iOS apps and finish upload them to testflight. and making sure everything work correctly.
Milestone 3: 10%
after successful accepting both apps to google play & iOS store.
