Multi-Language (Portuguese and English)
Flowi will deliver the ready interface design (High Fidelity Mockup in Figma).
You will only do Front and Back-end programming.

CREATE RECORDS
CRUD: users and condos.
FINANCE
API integration with a payment gateway (similar to PayPal, Stripe, etc)
Create monthly condominium fee collection invoice (recurring)
Create single invoice
List of slips created, with filter feature: by date, by status, per tenant, etc.
Option to send an email with the charge (invoice in PDF format will be attached to the email)
"Receive" button to manually record receipts
Filter defaulting residents
Page to create an Agreement for payment of Arrears amounts
Configure agreement variables: amount of installments, interest, fines, etc.
Simulate agreement
Create collection slips (via API with payment gateway)
Page with Cash Flow (Accounting), with Incoming, Outgoing and Transfer operations
INBOX AND SENDING EMAILS
Email messages can be sent to individual people, or to groups (each person can be in more than one group)
Option to assign Tags to a message. (Example of Email Tags: Billing, Announcement, Warning, Invitation, etc.)
See sent and received emails
Save the message as a PDF.

Manage the scheduling and reservation of a particular location (eg, building's party room)
Each location or resource will have its own Calendar, with rules that can be customized. (For example: Automatic booking or upon approval; Reservation duration limit; Rental price; etc)
Reservations can be edited or deleted
CONDO DIARY AND CALENDAR
Diary: record actions and activities of the day
Calendar: Similar to a shared Google Calendar . Allows you to create events, reminders and invite people.
DOCUMENTS
Simple repository of condominium documents (such as Minutes, Conventions, etc.)
Sharing options with users or groups.
CONSUMPTION RECORDS
Record consumption of common areas (eg water, electricity, gas, etc).
