JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an elite full-stack development team or software agency to architect, code, and deploy a highly secure, welfare-driven hyperlocal marketplace named "Daksh Sathi" for Madhya Pradesh, India. The project operates on a strict 0% Commission Architecture for service providers, utilizing an automated tiered Monthly Rolling Subscription ledger for monetization. The infrastructure spans 8 integrated software components running on a unified database schema, featuring an advanced 60+ service category matrix, an emergency hospital synchronization grid, and an advanced Elite Level 4 Progression Engine with rigorous fraud-prevention mechanisms.

Payment Milestone Rule: Strict 30:70 escrow structure. 30% upon verified architecture/database lock, Hostinger landing page launch, and working onboarding verification tests (DigiLocker/Liveness validation) on the staging server; 70% upon full multi-app integration testing, clean staging validation, and absolute transfer of master source code repositories.
