Comprehensive Food Delivery App Suite

I need a fully-functional food delivery system made up of three connected apps and a web-based back office.

1. Customer app (iOS & Android)
• Users browse restaurants, place orders and pay securely through in-app payments.
• Real-time display of their own location so the back office can allocate drivers accurately.

2. Delivery-boy app (iOS & Android)
• Receives only the orders the admin assigns.
• Shows each package’s address, pincode and any special notes so riders know exactly where to go.

3. Admin panel / Admin mobile app
• Map view of all active subscribers (customers) with live pins.
• Drag-and-drop or similar tool to assign those subscribers to a specific delivery agent for the day, filtered by pincode.
• Snapshot of which customers each driver must serve before dispatch.

I’m open to your preferred tech stack as long as both Android and iOS builds are delivered from the same code base and the admin dashboard lets me perform the allocation flow above in a few clicks.

Please outline:
• The framework you’d use for cross-platform development.
• How you’ll handle real-time location visibility and pincode-based assignment.
• Estimated timeline for an MVP that includes everything listed here.
