Comprehensive Bike Garage App

I need a single, integrated mobile app that lets my bike-garage business run every daily task from one screen. The core build must cover three modules:

• Repair Services – full workflow for job cards, invoicing and a simple “book service” flow that lets customers pick a slot, confirm, and receive status updates.
• Marketplace – users should be able to list bikes or parts, search current listings and view, add, sell or buy items without leaving the app.
• Rental – a basic lend/borrow section where owners can set availability, renters can request a period, and both sides can track the transaction until return.

A clean dashboard tying the modules together, basic analytics/reporting, and scalable architecture are essential. I’m happy to discuss preferred tech stacks, but expect standard features such as secure login, push notifications and cloud-based data storage to be included in your proposal.

Please outline the milestones you’d deliver, the technologies you recommend (Flutter, React Native, native iOS/Android or similar), and any relevant garage, rental or marketplace apps you have shipped before. I’ll review code structure, UI flow and performance before sign-off on each module.
