BID = FEE ... CodeIgniter + Flutter Enhancement

My current CodeIgniter site needs two parallel upgrades—backend feature expansion and a brand-new Flutter companion app for both Android and iOS.

1. CodeIgniter work
• Build and wire robust API endpoints so the site can serve data cleanly to the mobile clients and any future integrations.
• While touching the codebase, refine user flow screens and make every public-facing page fully responsive across breakpoints.

2. Flutter app
• Develop a single codebase in Flutter that consumes the new APIs, mirrors all key web functionality, and passes App Store / Play Store review standards.
• The app must feel native, load quickly, and remain visually consistent with the improved site UI.

Hand-off requirements
• Source code for both the updated CodeIgniter modules and the Flutter app.
• Clear setup/readme files and environment variables documented.
• A short video or annotated screenshots demonstrating the finished flows working end-to-end (web → API → mobile).

Once everything compiles and the data syncs flawlessly between web and mobile, the project is complete.
