QR Code Rewards App

I need a complete QR-code–based rewards system for electricians, similar to the programmes run by Goldmedal and V-Guard. Each product will carry a unique QR code; when an electrician scans it inside the app the code should be verified, reward points added to the user’s balance, and the updated balance shown immediately.

The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android. Core flows include simple account creation (mobile number + OTP), real-time points history, and a public leaderboard that lets users compare themselves with others. Redemption happens entirely inside the app—after crossing set thresholds an electrician chooses a reward, the app deducts the points, and confirmation is issued automatically.

A lightweight web-based admin console is also required so my team can:
• upload new QR codes in bulk or individually
• set or edit point values
• monitor scans, redemptions, and user activity
• push notifications and banner offers

Feel free to work in Flutter, React Native, or separate native builds as long as the final binaries are App Store and Play Store ready, secure, and GDPR-compliant.
