QR Code Check In System

User fills out registration form on website
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mobile Number
- Choose Venue (from Select)

User is sent a QR code by SMS message

Admin can scan the QR code on his phone to see the users details
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mobile Number
- Choose Venue

Each QR code can only be scanned once, then it is no longer valid.

Requirements:
- Registration form on website to generate QR code and send via SMS
- App to scan QR codes to display user information
