Closed-Community Collaboration App Development -- 4

The Project
A sophisticated, closed-community platform for professional networking and high-performance collaboration (Stealth Mode). The Figma designs are 100% complete and high-fidelity. I need a "premium" implementation: fluid animations, micro-interactions, and flawless native performance for iOS and Android.

The Goal: A fully functional, polished V1.0 ready for App Store and Google Play Store submission.

Core Scope for V1.0 Launch:

1. Security & Access: Robust Whitelist System (Domain-based & manual admin approval). Strict German GDPR (DSGVO) compliance with EU-based infrastructure and full data encryption.

2. Premium Discovery (Matching): Swipe-based logic for professional networking. Profile cards with multi-photo support, bios, and interest-based filtering.

3. Real-time Communication: High-speed 1-on-1 and Group Text Messaging (Attachments/File support, Emojis, Read-receipts). Note: Video/Voice and Stories are postponed to Phase 2.

4. Organization & Logistics: Event management with calendar integration, RSVP system, and extensive filtering (Location, Category, Period).

5. Productivity Tools: Integrated To-Do system and a Document Repository for categorizing PDFs/Images within groups.

6. Admin Control: Full Web-based Admin Panel for user moderation, whitelist management, and analytics.

My Non-Negotiable Terms:

Fixed Price for the completed, store-ready V1.0.

Timeline: Maximum 3 months for full development and store submission.

Post-Launch Support: 90 days of technical support and bug-fixing after the store launch are included in the fixed price.

Proven European Experience: You MUST provide links to at least 2 native apps live in the European/German market. Web-only portfolios will be ignored.

Punctuality: If you miss a scheduled call without notice, the collaboration ends immediately.
