The Project
A sophisticated, closed-community platform (Stealth Mode) with high-end UI/UX. The Figma designs are complete. I need you to implement them with a "premium" feel—meaning fluid animations, micro-interactions, and flawless performance.
Detailed Core Scope:
Security & Access: * Whitelist System: Registration restricted to specific domains/verified users only.
Strict German GDPR (DSGVO): EU-based infrastructure, "Privacy by Design," and full data encryption are non-negotiable.
Social & Communication:
Real-time Messaging: High-speed 1-on-1 Chat and Group Messaging functions.
Friends System: "My Network" management (adding/removing friends, social graph).
Groups: Dedicated spaces for categorized communication and file sharing.
Organization & Productivity:
Event Management: Full Calendar integration. Create events, send invitations to friends/groups, and manage RSVPs.
To-Do System: Integrated task management for users.
Document Repository: System to upload and categorize PDFs/Images within groups.
Gamification & Logic:
"The Battle" Logic: Real-time competitive features where users/groups compare activity stats via live leaderboards.
Matching Algorithm: Fast, swipe-based logic for community discovery.
Native Features: iOS/Android Home Screen Widgets and full Localization (DE, EN, FR, ES).
My Non-Negotiable Terms:
Fixed Price Only: I do not work on an hourly basis. This project is structured via Fixed-Price Milestones. Total budget certainty is required.
Proven European Experience: You must provide links to at least 2 live apps in the European/German market. I need to see that you understand EU quality standards.
Absolute Reliability: Flawless English and 100% punctuality for calls are mandatory. If you miss a meeting without notice, the collaboration ends immediately.
