I need a straightforward mobile application that lets drivers reserve service slots at our workshop without a phone call. The core flow is simple: pick a date and time, confirm the vehicle details, and receive an immediate confirmation.
Key functions I must see working:
• Appointment scheduling with real-time slot availability
• Service history tracking so users can review past visits and invoices
• Push notifications for booking confirmations, reminders, and “car ready” alerts
The app has to run seamlessly on both iOS and Android; feel free to suggest whether a single cross-platform codebase (Flutter, React Native, etc.) or separate native builds suits the scope better. A lean admin panel or API endpoint that lets my staff open, close, or edit time slots will also be needed so the calendar always reflects reality.
