Cake Design & Delivery App

I’m ready to turn my custom-cake business into a mobile experience similar to the Lola app, where customers can design their perfect cake on-screen and schedule doorstep delivery. The project covers both iOS and Android, so cross-platform expertise (Flutter, React Native, or native builds) is welcome as long as the finished apps feel perfectly polished on each store.

Here’s the journey I have in mind: users pick size, flavour, icing and decorations through an intuitive visual configurator, preview the final look in real time, then confirm the order, pay, and track delivery. On my side, I need an admin dashboard to manage flavours, pricing, orders and driver routes, plus push-notification hooks for status updates.

Because there’s no hard deadline, I value a well-thought-out build over a rushed one. I’m most interested in your relevant experience—show me previous food, customisation, or e-commerce apps you’ve shipped, the tech stack you prefer, and any design or logistics challenges you solved. If you can outline a sensible milestone plan, even better.
