Build web and application

I have one project which needs to be developed from Scratch to deployment. Which includes Website, Admin panel, API creation and Android application etc

Mobile application is having 3 different roles
1) Wholesaler
2) Trader
3) Retailer
Informative website for above 3 roles and Backend along with Admin panel where 2 roles involved
1) Master Admin
2) Support Admin
Admins not required any mobile application.

This application will help to sale only one product within specified area limits.
