Build me a mobile chat application

I am an entrepreneur who needs a mobile chat application built using Flutter backed by PostgreSQL database. The app should have features like - one to one chat, group chat, send media files(image and video), send text and pdf files. The database should include authentication schema. I have another team that will build the APIs on top of this schema.

You will have to hand over all source code and database schema.
