Build a mobile app that communicates with a smart home device!

This mobile app will communicate with a smart home device. The user interface is already done in Flutter. I need you to do the rest of the job to produce an app that works on iOS and Android. The requirement is well visualized and well documented in a checklist and milestones. The project has a 5 milestones and you'll be paid the percentage assigned for that milestone once all the checklist of the milestone has been fulfilled.

Flutter: The project is based on flutter.
Java: Device SDK for Android is based on Java.
Objective-c: Device SDK for iOS is based on Objective-c.
Firebase: For database and authentication.
Git: you'll push your work to the project milestone branch
Fast Internet: for good quality video calls.
WhatsApp: for communication and video calls
