Build me a flutter 'View' to annotate images and save them in external folder

Need someone to write a set of classes in dart, for amy existing app. We can discuss how I can provide the image to your class.

Your view will display the image and at the bottom have 4 tools, arrow, circle, text and color. User will be able to click on the arrow for example and put/draw it on the screen, the color of the arrow will be the selected color shown.

If you are going to use any external library, please let me know beforehand what you intend to do and how you intend to achieve this.
