Job Title:
Flutter + Firebase Developer Needed to Build Role-Based Support App for Youth Mentoring (6-Week Deadline)

Project Overview:
We are Ur Mentor, a Dubai-based mentoring service for children and teenagers. We’re hiring an experienced Flutter & Firebase developer (or a small team) to build a lightweight support app (iOS & Android) and a connected admin web portal.

This is not a full mentoring platform.
It’s a support tool to help parents, mentors, and children manage bookings, set/view goals, receive feedback, and communicate safely.

The app must be published on both App Store and Google Play, and connected to a web-based admin panel for backend management.

Tech Stack:
Frontend: Flutter (FlutterFlow allowed)

Backend: Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions)

Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging (push + email)

Admin Panel: Flutter Web (or React, basic UI is fine)
