Books & Tickets Wallet Platform

I am setting up a unified commerce system where customers can
• buy physical books,
• pay any utility bill, and
• book IRCTC railway or domestic flight tickets—
all through a single wallet that also receives instant cashback.

Scope of work
1. Web front-end plus native iOS and Android apps.
2. Common wallet module with add-money, spend, refund, and real-time cashback credit.
3. Razorpay as the sole payment gateway for card, UPI, and net-banking transactions.
4. Admin and Buyer roles: an admin dashboard for catalog, wallet, orders, and reporting; a buyer interface for shopping, payments, and ticket management.
5. Full Assamese localisation: proper Assamese typography and a one-click switch between Assamese and English across every screen.
6. Secure APIs to connect the wallet with bill-pay, IRCTC, and flight-booking services.

Acceptance criteria
• Seamless login/sign-up with OTP.
• Successful end-to-end purchase flow for each service, with Razorpay settlement and wallet cashback reflected within one minute.
• Language toggle remembers user preference on next launch.
• Admin can view real-time wallet ledger and transaction history.
• Apps pass App Store & Play Store review and the website performs to Google Lighthouse 90+ on mobile.
