Bluetooth

We want to have an cross platform Bluetooth voting application for polling/survey application by using peer to peer concept.we want to have server>server>client.The
application will have 2 user types (Admin, Client). Both user types will have different abilities and
functionalities which are described below.
- Admin Feature
o Manage Polls/Survey (Create/Update/Delete/Publish).
o Host a Poll/Survey for Voting.
o View Polls/Survey results (Graphical form).
o Publish specific Polls/Survey result to public
- Client Features
o Register an account
o View Active Polls/Survey.
o Vote on active Polls/Survey

- General Application Behavior:
o User will need to connect with it's nearby server with the Bluetooth for casting a vote or filling a survey.
o User can only vote once on a single Poll/Survey.
o Multiple admin accounts can host single Poll/Survey. The results for voting will be
cumulated and will be shown in graphical form on main admin site.
