Bilingual App Build Postgres Next Flutter

I need a full-service partner to take a green-field product from idea to production over the next three to six months. The stack is set—Postgres for data, Next.js for the web layer, and Flutter for the iOS / Android apps—so you should already feel at home with each of those technologies as well as with typical DevOps tooling for CI/CD and cloud hosting.

Scope of work
1. Design: database schema, API contracts, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile and web
2. Build: fully functional Postgres + Next.js backend, Flutter apps, and an admin dashboard for content / user management
3. Deploy & hand-off: automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and documentation so the product can scale without drama

Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end flows (onboarding → chat → checkout) pass QA in English and Arabic on iOS, Android, and major browsers
• Lighthouse performance and accessibility scores above 90 on the web app
• 100 % unit test coverage on critical business logic and integration tests for payments and chat
