Basic Utility App Dual-Platform

I’m looking for a developer who can put together a lean, no-frills utility app that works on both iOS and Android. The concept is simple—one core tool that performs a single, clearly defined function (I’ll share the exact details once we start).

Because the scope is intentionally modest, I only need:
• A working MVP built with a cross-platform framework you’re comfortable with (Flutter, React Native, or similar).
• Clean, well-commented source code.
• A brief setup guide so I can run the build locally and publish to the stores later.
