Basic Survey Referral Rewards App

I need a lightweight survey-based mobile app that lets users earn money and, in my case, allows me to profit solely by inviting friends to join. The concept is intentionally simple:

• Core feature: users complete third-party surveys that pay into an in-app balance.
• Referral mechanism: each account has an invite link or code. When someone registers with it, the referrer receives the advertised bonus. I do not want extra tracking dashboards or detailed statistics—just the invitation flow itself is enough.
• Payout screen: shows current balance, referral bonuses earned, and a button to request cash-out via widely used channels such as bank transfer or e-wallet.
• Admin panel: minimal, mainly to load survey offers (using a popular survey wall SDK or API), adjust referral bonus, and approve withdrawals.

Please build it in a framework that keeps future upgrades easy—Flutter or React Native are both fine. Deliverables are:

1. Production-ready Android APK (iOS optional but nice to have)
2. Clean, well-commented source code
3. Short deployment guide so I can publish under my own store account
