We’re building ApnaGhr, an early-stage PropTech startup with a bold vision to transform how people discover, visit, and buy real estate using AI, automation, and technology.

We’re looking for founding engineers and designers who want to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Please note: These are equity-only founding roles at this stage. We are not offering a salary initially. If you’re looking for a traditional freelance contract or hourly payment, this opportunity won’t be the right fit.

We’re Looking For
Senior Flutter Engineer

* Experience building production-ready Flutter applications
* Strong architecture and clean coding practices
* Passion for creating world-class mobile experiences

World-Class UI/UX Designer

* Exceptional product design skills
* Expert in Figma, design systems, and prototyping
* Ability to design premium, intuitive user experiences

QA Engineer

* Experience with manual and/or automated testing
* Strong attention to detail
* Passion for delivering high-quality products

DevOps Engineer

* Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment
* Ability to build scalable and reliable infrastructure

AI Engineer

* Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
* AI agents, automation, RAG, vector databases, or voice AI is a plus
* Excited about building AI-powered product experiences
