Application should automatically send SMS messages to pregnant women

We are looking for a developer who has an application that contains the following or similar functions or parts thereof.
We would like to further develop the application.

1. The application should automatically send SMS messages to pregnant women based on a schedule drawn up by the health staff.
2. An initial interface for planning the first pregnancy allows the main information of the pregnant woman to be collected.
3. Based on the basic information collected, the application proposes a pregnancy follow-up plan and a series of appointments for prenatal consultations, a probable delivery date and postnatal consultations.
4. The application should be able to autonomously send appointment reminder messages based on a set of parameters (see communication plan).
5. The application should be able to send awareness and health education messages to pregnant women based on a set of parameters.
6. The application should allow health staff to plan visits (estimation) and the possibility to confirm that women have actually respected the date and turned up on the day of their appointment. If the health professional does not confirm the visit, the application should send a warning message to the woman.
