Annotation over desktop in flutter
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need to make an annotation tool over any application or the desktop, so i can annotate as well as control and interact with the application itself without exiting the annotation tool.
The solution is to create a transparent window over the whole screen which allow to create objects and annotations, when the mouse comes over an object it catch the mouse event and process it, the problem is when the mouse clicks or moves over the transparent area, it should passes the events to the application beneath as shown in the attached video.
The solution should work on Windows and MAC
