1. Project Overview
We require the development of a mobile application (Android-based) for managing orders in a manufacturing company dealing in household plastic products. The design is ready.

The application will be used by:
- Sales Agents
- Warehouse Personnel
- Contributors
- Administrators

The system must support:
- Fast order creation and processing
- Real-time order tracking
- Role-based access control
- Efficient warehouse workflows
- Reporting and analytics

2. Scope of Work
A. Mobile Application
- Android app (Flutter)

- Admin Section – only reporting (CRUD Operations are not required).

3. User Roles
Sales Agent:
- Add/view customers (no edit/delete)
- Create/manage orders
- Product selection with quantity (+/- or manual)
- View last 3 orders of customer, or last 10 days orders (whichever is more)
- Sync button
Warehouse:
- Accept/Reject orders
- Partial (multiple) and complete fulfillment
- Notes mandatory for partial
- Sync button
Contributor:
- View all orders
- Manage customers
- Reports access
Administrator:
- Full access
- Reports

Customer Management:
- Add, view
- Search + filters
Order Management:
- Multi-step order creation
- Category → Product → Quantity

Order Timeline:
- Created, Accepted, Fulfilled, Completed
- Invoiced or Not Invoiced
- Notes and images
Order Controls:
- Export PDF
- Share (via Whatsapp/Android)
- Add notes/images
- Completed orders locked
Sync:
- For Sales & Warehouse only
Reports:
- Pending Items
- Customer Aging
