Android Office Inventory Alert App

I run a small office with roughly 250 recurring supply items and I need a simple Android-only app that lets me keep those numbers straight. The flow I picture is straightforward: whenever stock comes in I enter the quantity and it adds to inventory; whenever something is used I record the amount and it deducts instantly. Each item will have a customisable minimum threshold so the moment any line dips below that level the app notifies me and shows it on a “re-order” screen. From there I can generate or email a quick order list.
Core actions I must be able to perform
• Add new items (name, unit, supplier, min level, current quantity)
• Adjust quantities up or down with a couple of taps
• Receive a clear, push-style alert when stock is low
• Review simple reports that show current levels and recent movements
A clean, intuitive interface is more important to me than advanced analytics, but I am open to your suggestions if you see an elegant way to extend the functionality. Building on a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native is fine as long as the first release runs flawlessly on Android phones.

– Milestones with estimated timelines
– How you will handle testing and final delivery (APK plus full, well-commented source)
