I am seeking an experienced Flutter developer to build a mobile Android app for a lottery-style sweepstakes game called “Jackpot Lottery Sweepstakes”. The app will allow users to:

Sign in with Google account

Watch rewarded video ads to earn credits

Pick 10 numbers from 1–100

Submit picks for a random draw (server-side RNG)

Earn credits for matching numbers, and cash out credits

Track user location for eligibility and fraud prevention
