Android Flutter App, PHP Backend
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an Android-only mobile application written in Flutter that talks to my existing PHP + MySQL stack. The priority is to get a clean, production-ready build that:
• Lets users register and sign in with phone-number verification (OTP).
• Delivers real-time push notifications for account events and system messages.
My backend is already running on PHP with a well-structured database; I’ll expose or adapt the necessary REST endpoints once we agree on the exact data flow. If you prefer, feel free to suggest better patterns for the API layer or token handling—security is important to me.
There is also a light data-scraping component. I occasionally pull structured information from a third-party site and store it in MySQL; you are welcome to help refine that script or even rebuild it in a more maintainable way, but the immediate milestone is the mobile front-end.
Source code must be delivered through Git, cleanly commented, and ready for me to compile in Android Studio. If you plan on using Firebase for phone auth or FCM for notifications, let me know up front; other solutions are okay as long as they are reliable and cost-effective.
