Android Booking Connect App Development

Project Overview:
I want to develop an Android service provider app (Flutter / React Native) with the following features:

1️⃣ App Type:

Lead / booking connect platform

Non-aggregator, no in-app service payment

Revenue model: Partner subscription (premium plan)

2️⃣ User Mode (Customer):

OTP based registration (mobile number)

Free to use

Can browse services, send booking requests

Can view booking history

3️⃣ Partner Mode (Service Provider / Owner):

OTP based registration + KYC upload (Aadhaar / PAN)

Purchase subscription plan (1 month, 6 months, 12 months)

Add / manage service listing

Receive booking requests / leads

Admin approval mandatory

4️⃣ Admin Panel (Web / URL):

Full control over Users & Partners

Approve / reject partners, verify KYC

Manage service categories, subcategories, location

Monitor booking requests

Manage premium subscription plans

Update Terms & Privacy

Enable / disable services & categories

5️⃣ Services:

Home Services, Cleaning, Construction, Personal Care, Beauty & Wellness (city-wise enable), Education, Events, Automobile, Business Professional Listing, Miscellaneous

App will initially have ~70+ services across these categories

6️⃣ Booking Flow:

User selects service → area / city → send request → partner accepts / rejects → status updated

Payment outside app (direct)

App only provides lead connection

7️⃣ Technology Preference:

Android App: Flutter / React Native

Backend: Firebase / Node.js

Database: Firebase / MySQL

OTP: MSG91 / Fast2SMS

Admin Panel: Web (React / PHP)

8️⃣ Important Notes:

Platform only connects users and partners

No responsibility of service quality

Subscription payment for partners only

Must be scalable for future upgrades (iOS, chat, rating system, online payment)

Timeline & Budget:

Budget: ₹20,000 (can be discussed)

Timeline: 3–4 weeks preferred

Deliverables:

Fully functional Android app (User + Partner)

Web-based Admin Panel
