**Project Summary:**
Build a lightweight, fast, multi-lingual (Hindi/English) Android app (Flutter/React Native) and Web Admin Panel for real-time agricultural market (*mandi*) prices, price trend analytics, and premium subscriptions.
#### Core Requirements & Features:
1. **User Auth & Roles:**
* Phone OTP login (Firebase/Msg91).
* Roles: Farmer, Trader, Commission Agent.
* District/Mandi selection (e.g., Chhatarpur).
2. **Client Mobile App:**
* **Live Rates Feed:** Live ticker & filtered list (Wheat, Mustard, etc.) showing Min, Max & Modal prices.
* **Tiered Access:**
* *Free:* 1 delayed daily rate.
* *Premium (₹99–149/mo):* 3 daily updates, 7/30-day trend charts, direct trader contact directory.
* **Payments:** In-app UPI/Cards (Razorpay/PhonePe SDK) with auto-tier unlock.
* **Offline Caching & Push Notifications:** FCM for price alerts and renewal reminders.
3. **Web Admin Panel:**
* Quick rate entry form + CSV/Excel bulk upload.
* User & Subscription management (Free vs. Paid tracking, manual cash payment override).
