Admin Justification Feature Development

I need a Flutter developer with experience in Firebase and Blockchain to build a justification feature for my admin dashboard.

Requirements:
- The admin should be able to provide justifications for several actions:
1. Canceled projects
2. Deleted complaint target profiles
3. Suspension accounts

- The main purpose of the justification notes is for audit compliance.
- The justification notes should be easily accessible directly within the admin dashboard.

Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Flutter, Firebase and Blockchain
- Prior experience in building admin dashboard features
- Understanding of audit compliance requirements
- Ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
