Admin Dashboard Enhancements for Lalamove Clone
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I already have a functioning admin dashboard and the full Stitch-designed Flutter apps for customers and drivers. What’s still missing are the menus and back-office tools that will let my operations team actually run the service.
Here’s what I need added:
• User Management
- Create, edit, suspend and search three roles: Customers, Drivers and Admin staff.
- Role-based access must follow our current permission model.
• Order Management
- End-to-end tracking for every delivery request: create, assign/re-assign driver, update status, and close.
- Status changes must push instantly to the live Flutter apps through our existing REST endpoints.
• Customer Order History
- Within each customer profile, a new “Order History” tab that lists all past bookings with filter and export options.
Acceptance criteria
1. New menus appear in the sidebar, styled exactly like the existing theme.
2. All CRUD actions persist to the current database and are fully tested.
3. Real-time updates are visible in both customer and driver Flutter apps.
4. Code is clean, commented and committed to our private Git repository.
The component library is already installed, so your focus will be wiring up routes, state management, and API logic. If you’re comfortable working with Flutter, Dart and modern admin-panel stacks, I’m ready to get this moving right away.
