Adjust existing Flutter web app for iOS and Android and publish to the stores

I'm looking for an experienced Flutter developer to make some adjustments and publish the existing Flutter web app to the iOS and Android stores.

Requirements:
- Make necessary adjustments for mobile compatibility of the current Flutter web app
- Prepare project for iOS and Android deployment, including setting up permissions and splash screens.
