"Add profile picture" in Flutter

Hi, I'm working on a small todo app in Flutter. I would like to create a simple Profile image resizing + drag & drop. It would allow user to move & zoom in/out an image placed on top of preselected background pattern (golden pattern on the design would be delivered to you). Moved image should not overlap golden borders of the background pattern. I'd like to be able to swap the pattern in case so it must be easily editable.
Once user presses "Continue" a base64 image would be created from both background pattern and an image that is on top of it. It should support jpeg/jpg/gif/png formats. Output can be simply done using print().
Important: top part of green navigation and profile picture text is not important. Only adding image, resizing by pinching, double tap, and blending it with pattern at the end is important.
