Add App Feature based on Excel Sheet

I require an adept Dart developer to:

- Translate an existing Excel matching algorithm into Dart code.
- Embed this algorithm within my Flutter application for efficient user matching.
- Ensure that dart code is responsive, adaptive & works web.
- Must use BLoC to ensure that code is readable.

Key Requirements:

- Implement a feature to filter and sort matched users in categories A & B
- Ensure provision for manual updates to the matching criteria by an administrator
- Adopt current matching parameters, including preferences and skill set, in Dart code

Ideal Candidate:

- Proficient in Dart, with experience in Flutter frameworks
- Skilled in manipulating data and creating sorting algorithms
- Familiar with implementing manual data update mechanisms
- Demonstrable experience in integrating complex functionalities into existing apps
