Accommodation Rental Mobile App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a full-featured mobile application for my accommodation rental platform, built for both iOS and Android from a single, maintainable code-base. The core of the product revolves around three capabilities: secure user profiles authenticated via phone-number verification, a smooth flow for listing and booking properties, and real-time in-app messaging between guests and hosts.
I already have the business logic and screen sketches, so I’m looking for an experienced mobile developer (or small team) who can translate these into a polished, production-ready app. Modern cross-platform stacks such as Flutter or React Native are welcome as long as performance and native look-and-feel are maintained on each platform.
Key deliverables
• Universal iOS & Android app packaged for App Store and Google Play submission
• Phone-number–based sign-up, login, password-less re-authentication and basic profile management
• Property listing creation, calendar availability, search, and a checkout-ready booking flow
• Secure, real-time chat with push notifications
• Source code in a private Git repository and brief hand-over documentation
Acceptance criteria
1. Both platform builds pass store review guidelines.
2. User onboarding and booking can be completed end-to-end on physical devices without crashes.
3. All network traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and sensitive data stored securely on-device.
