Standard operating procedures -- 2

I'm looking for someone to help create comprehensive standard operating procedures for my business. Specifically, I'm focusing on operations, as it's an integral part of my business. Although I do have some pre-existing procedures that need to be revised, I want these procedures to be moderately detailed with key steps outlined. So that my employees are able to understand the operations process, I want to make sure that I provide clear guidance. I'm looking for assistance in creating the ideal set of procedures that will improve the effectiveness of our operations.
