Federal Proposal Visual Design Support Communication Flow Chart / SOP Graphics / Operating System Visuals: We are seeking a skilled freelancer to create professional, executive-grade visual diagrams and process graphics for a federal government technical

Job ID: 40352560

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

These visuals are being developed for a USDA Forest Service / federal land management proposal environment, specifically tied to a Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) National BPA-style submission and the larger internal operating systems that support it.

The company is positioning itself as a field-capable, project-management-controlled land, forestry, vegetation, restoration, and environmental-services contractor. We may self-perform core scopes and manage certain specialty scopes through qualified subcontractors or technical partners.

The purpose of the visuals is to help present our business as a controlled operating platform, not a loose middleman.

The graphics may be used in:

technical proposals
internal SOP manuals
executive operating model documents
capability statements
training materials
partner presentations
investor or lender decks
workflow packages for federal contracting support

closeout

This chart is intended to show that the company has a disciplined operational and communication structure.

Design Standard / Aesthetic Expectations

We want visuals that look:

clean
modern
executive
disciplined
proposal-ready
polished enough for government, institutional, or board-level review
Style requirements:
white or light background
minimal clutter
clean lines
simple arrows / connectors
rectangular process boxes
diamond decision points where appropriate
highly readable typography
one subtle accent color or restrained corporate palette
not overly colorful
not cartoonish
not busy
not startup-y
not flashy
not generic PowerPoint clip-art style
Tone of design:

Think:

top-tier management consulting visual
institutional process diagram
serious government contractor presentation

Do not think:

social media infographic
playful startup slide
generic Canva marketing chart
overdesigned animated nonsense

has a real SOP
understands chain of command
manages documentation and quality
has a clear communication path with the COR / client
can supervise field work and subcontractors
has escalation and correction systems
is administratively mature
is capable of delivering repeatable contract performance

This is about credibility as much as design.
