Create Workflow Diagrams from Hand-Drawn Whiteboard Notes

We are starting several process improvement projects where we will be interviewing employees on certain workflows, e.g., healthcare pre-admission, referral and intake workflows and diagraming with a whiteboard. We will be documenting current-state workflows from several different employee roles and perspectives and locations and will create future state diagrams for process improvements. We are looking for a quick and efficient freelancer that can take the photos of the hand-drawn workflows and create process diagrams using simple applications that our project managers can then use as a base to edit. We are agnostic on what application is used to create the diagrams, e.g., Smartdraw, LucidChart, Google Drawing or diagram.net /draw.io - our team has experience with several solutions but prefer to not use Visio. Please use the attached photo as an example of hand-written whiteboard notes to create a process diagram. Intentionally, we chose the example that is the hardest to follow. Please submit an example file based on the attachment, and propose which application you will use to draw the workflow diagrams, your estimated cost for future workflows of similar complexity and how fast you can complete each draft (although some text may not be fully clear to read, don't worry, do your best, and our team can clean-up when they review and confirm each draft). We anticipate at least 20 or more of these types of whiteboard photos that will be submitted to the winning freelancer for conversion over the course of 1-2 weeks.
