Hobbit House Designer Needed

I am looking for someone to help me design a Hobbit House and latter a tree house. I am building these for an AirBnb. I would like the hobbit house reflect the movie set design. This can be an interesting case for an energy efficient house. (Since 12 inches underground oh well risotto and less heating and cooling needs. )
Facts:
-Earthen house partly covered underground
-round doors and windows
-2-3 bedrooms, one bath
