Unfinished builder grade basement.
We are looking to finish our basement for additional space for our children to enjoy as well as a home office and small rec space for us. Multipurpose is the goal overall. Our concern has been utility layout and working around plumbing. Plumbing runs across shared wall that will need to have wall built in front of or bulkhead built around. In addition to building around the hvac duct that runs to the center of the basement. We will need three closets to house utilities. We will need a small utility closet where our water softener, home filter, and water hook up is. As well as a closet that houses our sump pump and hot water heater. The third is really just an access area to the Furnace and filter area.
