Command Center Design a Floor plan

Hi,
i need someone to design a floor plan for fake command center.
here is my requirement
1. place for 27 people
a. 8 Level 1 ( in front of monitor )
b: 8 Level 2 ( behind Level 1 )
c: 6 Level 3 ( viewing of monitor not compulsory )
d: 4 visitor setting.
e: 1 manager sitting
2. Small meeting room for video conference ( don't use round table as its not suitable for video conference )
3. 2 entrance into command center
4. 4 camera placement
5. 2 fire extinguisher
6. printer and fax machine
7. smoke detector.
8. phone, drawer, chair and monitor for each desk
9. other necessary item that you think will be suitable and needed for command center office.

office space dimensions are up to you. you may go as big or as small as you want.
attach below is what i came up with in visio. but its too plain and not curvy or creative.
if you can come up with suggestion dimensions and space table it will be good also.
