Blueprint for restaurant

My name is Milli and I am looking for a freelancer to help create a blueprint for my upcoming restaurant. This restaurant will be a casual dining establishment. I am seeking a SIMPLE BLUE PRINT READING to submit to a plan checker to receive my health permit. The restaurant is an overall small in size, less than 1,000 square feet. The blueprint must take efficient use of space into consideration. I am looking for a detail-oriented freelancer who is familiar with the plan checkers qualifications to help create a detailed blueprint upon approval.
